Requirements:

• Baremetal / OVH: Experience managing infrastructure across bare metal servers (e.g. OVH, Hetzner) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Provisioning & Automation: Skilled in setting up servers from scratch — OS hardening, networking, load balancing, DNS, backups, and failover — using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or custom scripts.
• Containerization & Orchestration: Hands-on with Docker and either Kubernetes, ECS, or lightweight orchestrators in bare metal contexts.
• CI/CD Systems: Strong experience setting up CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, CircleCI, etc.) for robust and safe deployments.
• Monitoring & Logging: Familiar with setting up complete observability stacks — e.g. Grafana + Prometheus, ELK, Netdata, or self-hosted Sentry.
• Security & Networking: Comfortable configuring firewalls, VPNs, certificates, and securing both internal and external endpoints.
• Bonus: Experience with cost optimization, multi-region setup, or high-availability systems without relying on managed cloud services.

We optimize for every role to handle a full user story and to even communicate with customers. You genuinely care and take pride with a product you worked on being used many people. That means you have to wear multiple hats — such as: pushing product managers to share analytics before maturing an MVP further, or pushing back on features that don’t make sense to you.
  • E.g. When a customer reports a bug, you’ll be put in touch directly with the customer to communicate issues and own the user’s pain-points & solution.
